Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) is a holistic healing art combining the ancient science of yoga with elements of humanistic psychology and neuroscience.  It is an exploration of the relationship between your body, mind, emotions, and life. 

 

The combination of guided movement, assisted postures, explorative dialogue, and integrative action steps, the Phoenix Rising Method facilitates release of physical, mental, and emotional tension and fosters self-awareness and life-change.
